Good photos are what make a tenant stop scrolling and book a visit. You do not need a professional camera — just good light and a tidy flat.
Shoot during the day with the curtains open, declutter every room, and capture wide angles that show the full space. Cover the living room, each bedroom, the kitchen, the bathrooms and any balcony or view.
Lead with your strongest photo and add eight to ten in total. Honest, well-lit images set the right expectations and attract tenants who are genuinely interested.
