How to price your rental right in the Tricity

Pricing your rental correctly is the single biggest factor in how quickly it gets rented. Too high and it sits empty; too low and you leave money on the table.
Start by checking what similar flats in your sector or phase are actually renting for — same configuration, similar furnishing, comparable floor and condition. Then adjust for what makes yours stand out, like a park-facing view, a modular kitchen or covered parking.
Remember that a flat empty for two months costs you more than a modest discount would. Pricing competitively from day one usually earns you a faster and more reliable tenant.
