Society move-in formalities you should expect

Most gated societies in the Tricity have a simple move-in process, but knowing it in advance saves a frustrating day.

You will usually need to submit ID proof, a copy of the rent agreement and tenant details to the society office or RWA, and some charge a small refundable move-in deposit. Ask about permitted moving hours and lift usage before the truck arrives.

Collect gate passes, parking stickers and app access for visitor entries early. A quick hello to the security desk and your immediate neighbours makes settling in much easier.
